„Take a look at our production facility in Oberdischingen and discover the precision with which we manufacture our hardness testers.“
Ø16,2mm
With this abrasion testing machine, the material loss of an elastomer specimen can only be determined at room temperature. To test the abrasion resistance of a material under the influence of temperature, we recommend using our Q abrasion testing machine. This is equipped with a quartz heater, allowing for the abrasion drum to be heated up to 100° C.
Determining the resistance of an elastomer to frictional loss with a rotating or fixed test object, for instance on tires, conveyor belts, shoes, floor coverings etc. The abrasion testing machine can be optionally equipped with a cleaning device and a sample heater.
Power supply: 100 – 240 V; 50/60 Hz; 100 VA
Protection type:
Measurements: 760 x 360 x 320 mm
Weight: 50 kg
Abrasion path: 40 / 20 m
Plug-in power supply
NMI = National Metrological Institute
Metrological traceability (VIM 2.41): Property of a measurement result, whereby the result can be traced back to a reference, through a documented, uninterrupted chain of calibrations, each of which contributing to the measurement uncertainty.
In accordance with the calibration rhythm you have set, you will receive an automatic reminder that your hardness tester has to be calibrated soon, as a special service from our company. With the purchase of a new device, this reminder is initially sent annually, but it can be set at a specific interval you desire. You will usually receive the reminder approximately one month before the due date.
When it comes to determining the calibration rhythm, an optimum should be found between the calibration costs and the error costs.
