With the Gelomat, you reliably measure the strength and hardness of gelatin capsules, nutrient solutions, or gelatinous substances. Various measuring devices enable the illustration of a wide range of tests specimens. The maximum measuring force is individually adjustable and can be adapted to the product requirements. The globally unique testing method developed by Bareiss is recognized by ISO 17025 and can be acquired with a DAkkS accredited calibration certificate.
The testing system is not only suitable for individual measurements but can also perform automated serial measurements through expansion with other positioning equipment.
In combination with Bareiss Celeste software CFR 21 Part 11 compliant
When using Gelomat in combination with our Celeste softare, tamper-proof measuring values are ensured. Furthermore, every step of procedure can be traced through user login and audittrail-function. The test record is signed by the user using an e-signature.

Globally unique testing method for gel capsules
Our long tradition of innovations is refelected in the Gelomat: the testing method developed jointly with a customer is recognized by ISO 17025. It allows the properties of gel-like substances to be determined. Even the smallest changes in fomulations are detected and measured by our Gelomat.
Simple and intuitive operation
With our continously expanding portfolio of sample templates to ensure correct positioning during testing, we offer the perfect solution for simple hardness testing of gel capsules.

The Gelomat's multiple measurement function allows generating measuring values on multiple samples in one measurement process.
