With the Kfz-Interieur, you can test the hardness of foamed materials used in extensive parts of automotive interiors with synthetic leather covering directly on the finished parts. With is slightly larger ball-shaped indenter of either 10 or 15 mm, the Bauchometer is designed for hardness measurement on fine- to medium-porous foams.
The device starts the test automatically with pressing on, confirms the successful measurement of the depth of impression with an audible signal, and displays the determined value on the screen. Up to 300 measuring values can be stored and exported via the serial RS 232 interface.

The mobile handheld hardness tester allows the quality of the material to be tested directly on the end product.
