The THT500 is a versatile tablet-breaking force tester designed to analyze various physical characteristics of tablets, which are an oral dosage form. The breaking force test, also known as the hardness test, offers a load range of up to 500N and allows users to set desirable test speeds (mm/sec) and force increments (N/sec). In addition to hardness measurement, the THT500 is capable of providing other measurements such as length, width, thickness, and weight (using an external scale).
