The Tensiometer measures the tension of screens and felts on operating and stationary paper machines. Therefore, the testing device is particularly suitable for continous operational monitoring to detect tension changes and differences during the startup phase after changing the fabric.
Mobile handheld device
With the included transport case, the Tensiometer can be easily and safey taken to th respective site of operation as a handheld device.
Tensiometer
Storage case
Easy cleaning due to mechanical design
Thanks to its mechanical design, cleaning the testing device is easy to perform. This leads to a longer lifespan and reliable measurement results.
Maximum indicating pointer for storing the measured value
If a measurement is required in a hard-to-reach location, this is also not an issue with the Tensiometer. The integrated maximum indicating pointer allows the measured value to be displayed even after the measurement is completed.
Weitere Merkmale
Determination of the operating tension of forming and drying screens, as well as press felts, on running or stationary screens at all points.

Traceability refers to the ability to monitor the origin, progress and history of our products, calibrations, processes, or measurements. This means that all steps and parameters that contribute to the creation of our products must be documented and traceable.
Traceability ensures the transparency, integrity and reliability of data and enables the checking of quality standards. It plays a crucial role in error detection, quality control and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and our quality standards.
